Here’s some of my most favorite sitcom all time.
1. Friends
Phoebe, Joey, Rachel, Ross, Chandler, Monica. 6 best of friends yang kira kamceng giler babas lah. Yang lawak, among friends pun they can get involved in a relationship between each other. Sitkom yang mendapat sambutan throughout the world but sadly has come to an end. Kat Astro channel 70 is now showing the final season. Aduh… tension rasanya sebab citer ni dah come to and end. Can’t get to them in action anymore.
2. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
Antara my favourite sitcom of all time. Gua mula kenal si Will Smith melalui cerita ni. Dengan rambut flat top dia, masuk teksi farted as if teksi tu bapak dia yang punya. Hehehehe…. Staying with his uncle, rumah tu hectic 24/7. Yang best, dia punya chauffer yang lorat giler lah….
3. 8 Simple rules.
What I like about this sitcom is Kaley Cuoco aka Bridget. Period.. Damn hot and she turns me on.
4. Mind Your Language.
Mr. Brown is the English teacher who has to teach a whole class full of foreigners. Dengan Su-Lee (Chinese), Ali (an Indian Muslim), Anna (Russian), Ranjeet Singh (Sikh), Giovanni (Italian), Spanish, Mr Taro (Japanese); the class is full of laughter. Havoc jadinya kelas tu dek bebudak ni. Yang si Ali dengan si Ranjeet asyik nak bergaduh aje. Su-Lee yang too caught up dengan ajaran Presiden Ma. Kelakar lah cerita dia. Eventhough benda ni way past my time, aku still ingat that TV 2 siarkan that show every 11.00 pm (Sorry.. what day, aku tak ingat)….
5. Mr. Bean
Siapa yang boleh lupa dengan cerita ni. Bean, starring Rowan Atkinson memang a truly memorable sitcom of our time. Entah mana diorang dapat idea to come up with the name, only the producer can answer that. Si Rowan Atkinson pun, dengan selama derk aje buat watak tu jadi hidup. Padahal, Mr Atkinson here is a Harvard Graduate tu… Cerita pasal mamat yang always there for the wrong reason at a wrong time. Always something up his sleeves yang selalu nya in the end, akan menyusahkan diri dia dan orang lain. Who can forget kereta Minor warna kuning dia tu, gaya jalan yang memang susah nak tiru lah, mimik buka yang buat aku rasa nak bagi penumbuk sulung aku aje.. Hehehe…. Pernah dibuat ke layar perak Bean : The Ultimate Disaster Movie. But I feel that it is a failure. Sebab apa, the element of lawak dah tak ada.
6. I dream of Jeannie
Ni lagi satu sitcom yang bukan datang dari zaman gua. Back during those days when I was staying in Johor, kitorang akan dapat siaran dari Singapore. Channel 5, channel kat sana will show all the oldies macam ni, Bewitched, Charlie’s Angel, Get Smart, Knight Rider.. macam2 lah… aku suka cerita ni sebab Jeannie dia lawa giler.. hehehe,,, during that time lah kan. Furthermore, when I was small, I am always fascinated by the imagination that a jeannie existed. Hehehe… budak-budak lah katakan…

Aku suka cerita ni sebab those days, Mary-Kate dengan Ashley Olsen were still small. Cute sangat. This was my parents favourite sitcom. And to think that until now, diorang can still remember about it. Hmm… guess I am influenced by them kot.

Samantha, nama witch dalam cerita ni. Her mom, Endore memang wicked giler. Suka nak dengkikan menantu dia tu. Until now, channel 10 @ 70 still plays this sitcom. Cerita pasal a witch who is married to a normal human being. Dasar mak mertua macam dalam cerita Ibu mertuaku, si Endora ni asyik nak porak peranda kan rumah tangga anak dia aje.
