Managerial Myth

Semalam gua dengan member-member gua ada buat sikit farewell lunch untuk one of my friend. She'll be leaving the company after quite a number of years. Alah.. makan kat KFC aje.. Tapi gua tak kisah sebab for me, it's the tought of getting together-gether is what's important.
 
Eventhough we are sad that she is leaving, but we are also happy because she is leaving for a better future. Alhamdulillah lah. Ye lah.. Actually, she is frustrated because her boss does not appreciate her. Imagine this, in our class, all that graduated got promoted except for her and another good friend of mine.
 
She did not get that for the most pathetic reason that I have ever heard. Sebab tak ada budget and vacancy. Headcount dah cukup katanya. Kepala hotak diorang lah! Sekarang, boleh pula diorang recruit orang baru, transfer someone from other department pergi ke department tu.
 
The best thing, ada vacancy for an Assistant Manager pose. Amboi!! Dulu cakap tak ada, sekarang boleh ada pulak! Macam ke**ing betul. If that is the case, why don't you just promote someone from your own department instead of taking in someone new who does not know a thing about the work and the company? Bodoh kan?
Current situation, kat company yang gua ni, ramai sangat yang resign. Kalau setakat non-managerial level tu tak apa lah, ini tidak. Even Assistant General manager, Senior Managers, Executive sampai ke Clerical staff semua nak cabut dari sini. Takkan tak tahan dengan tampuk pimpinan baru yang telah diambil alih oleh someone new? Or are they feeling insecured about their future here?
 
Yang jadi persoalannya sekarang, WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THIS THING? Bagi gua lah kan, kalau dah ramai sangat yang berhenti, it is only for the MANAGEMENT to be blame for. Yelah, Yang dah kerja 23 tahun pun boleh blah dari sini. Macam mana tu? Yelah, they should study why the staff punya flow sampai jadi inconsistent macam ni sekali. Seriously man, kalau this trend keeps on going, lama lama tak ada siapa yang tinggal and this will leave a bad repertoire for the company.
 
Macam mana tu? Korang boleh leraikan tak persoalan aku ni?
